Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used Personal Care products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or additional information to process your claim.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the product and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
